This agreement sets out the terms and conditions of use of the designersrevolt website located at www.designersrevolt.com and the purchase of goods from this website.

Designers Revolt
DR International Ltd, Isle of Man is the operator of the website designersrevolt.com. These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between DR International Ltd ("Designers Revolt"), Isle of Man and individuals and legal entities ("customer"). These terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Designers Revolt.

Age limit
You must be 18 years or older to order from Designers Revolt.

Order confirmation
Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, Designers Revolt will determine whether or not to fulfill the order and Designers Revolt may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including Designers Revolt's terms and conditions of sale.

Designers Revolt reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this website. By placing your order, you agree that Designers Revolt’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Designers Revolt for the product giving rise to Designers Revolt’s liability.

Payment

You can pay by debit or credit card or through invoice or part payment by Klarna.


Debit or Credit card - When paying by debit or credit card, 20% of the order value is taken at the time of order and the 80% balance is then taken when the goods are ready to ship from the warehouse. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the balance payment. Should we not be able to take the payment we will inform you by email and will attempt to take payment between two and seven days later. If we cannot take payment within three attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order and a 20% restocking fee will apply, which means that we will not refund the 20% paid at the time of order.

Invoice - When you choose to pay by invoice there is a credit check made using your social security number. Also a correlation between social security number and the address you are registered at is made, to ensure that the person is who he appointed himself to be. This means that if you want your order delivered to an address different from the address you are registered at, you must specify both your registered address as the invoice address and a separate shipping address, at the checkout.

Account / partial payment (Klarna)- This is for those who want to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna account is more than that. Besides making sure you get your goods delivered before you pay, you gather your purchases on an account. This applies even if you have purchased from multiple stores, using Klarna account. That means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

Account management is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. When you choose to pay by account/partial payment there is a credit check made on your social security number. VAT and Customs Duty - for all countries within the EU tax (VAT) is included in the prices shown. For all countries outside of the EU, including Norway and Switzerland, VAT is excluded from the prices and will be charged separately.

 

Deliveries
Customer orders are placed with DR International, Isle of Man. Customers will be responsible for the importation of the goods ordered, but the customer authorises Designers Revolt to appoint his agent with respect to the arrangement of all customs and shipping measures and documents needed for the importation of the goods to the address the customer has stated when placing his order.

As the customers agent, Designers Revolt will also arrange for the shipment of the goods to said address by engaging a separate transportation company on the customer’s behalf. Currently, Designers Revolt will engage DHL for the transport. DHL delivers rapidly to your doorstep or at a servicepoint close to your home.

Orders that are delivered to a collection point but which are not collected within 14 days will be subject to a 495 SEK return delivery charge.

The shipping and packaging charges, amounting to 495 SEK, will be paid by Designers Revolt on the customer’s behalf for orders over 5 000 SEK. For orders below 5 000 SEK the shipping charge of 495 SEK will be invoiced to the customer.

The goods that the customer has ordered are considered delivered to the customer when Designers Revolt has delivered them to the above-mentioned transport firm. Furthermore, benefit and risk will pass to the customer once Designers Revolt has placed the ordered goods in the possession of the above-mentioned transport firm.

Delivery time

Orders are normally dispatched the same day as when the order is placed. Items kept in stock you will receive within one week. Non-stock items can take up to 18 weeks.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 30 working days after you receive the goods (does not apply to business to business transactions). If you wish to return goods within the 30 day cooling off period you MUST inform us in an e-mail to info@designersrevolt.com, including your invoice number and the reason why you want to cancel your order. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.

Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be refunded. Return carriage is to be paid by you, the shipping cost of returning goods through DHL is 495 SEK. In order to get a full refund, the package has to be completely original and possible to resell without any modification. If the packaging is not in the original condition we will deduct 1 000 SEK from the refund. You return the goods at your own risk. Please note that even if you carry the risk of the goods it has to be packed in a transport approved manner, to be accepted by DHL.

For goods made to order (all goods with 18 weeks delivery) there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. For goods in-stock there is no restocking fee.

Warranty

Designers Revolt  will grant you a guarantee period of three years on all of our products. If during this period the product becomes defective due to a production fault, Designers Revolt will replace the part of the product which is broken, or the whole product.

Complaints

If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail support@designersrevolt.com, including full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods.

False orders

All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning these conditions are to be settled in accordance with the law of Isle of Man, since Designers Revolt is situated in Isle of Man, and since the Isle of Man is the country where all business transactions take place.

Privacy Policy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply fully with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation in all countries where we operate.

We do not collect any personal information, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you with your consent. We only collect personal information that is necessary to process and fulfill your orders, or undertake the facilities offered by this site.

We only keep personal information for as long as it required and for the purpose it was collected. As an additional security measure, we remove all payment details from our servers as soon as practicable after the order is processed.

We supply personal information to our distributors and bankers for the purposes of collecting payment and dispatching your order. The transfer of personal information is always undertaken using secure encryption (SSL) technology.

Personal information of any type is never transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
